A rare Pink Bourbon from the highlands of Huila, Colombia — sweet, aromatic, and beautifully bright.

This Colombia Huila Pink Bourbon comes from four smallholder farms in the Huila Department, each less than 10 hectares and planted with a mix of Bourbon varieties — including the highly sought-after Pink Bourbon. Grown at altitudes reaching up to 2,000 meters above sea level, these lots are produced by members of the El Bombo cooperative ("Asombombo") in Pitalito, a name taken from the local Bombo tree that grows spiky seed pods throughout the region.

Recent genetic testing has linked Pink Bourbon to Ethiopian landrace types, though it still shows a clear phenotypic resemblance to Bourbon. In the cup, that translates to a syrupy sweetness, expressive aromatics, and a bright, lively acidity — a profile that shifts depending on where it's grown.

Whether you're brewing pour-over, drip, or French press, this is a coffee that rewards attention to detail.
